The CSTC will again be hosting a Community Coaching Course (CC) on January 27 – 29^th, 2023.  With the new snow, and all thoughts having turned to skiing, its a good time to put out this preliminary information. If you have volunteered for the Skill Development Program this winter, or are interested to instruct for the Elementary Ski School Program, this two and a half day course is required. The club will cover all your costs, and nearly all past participants have found the course very useful, in improving your own ski techniques, and giving strategies for coaching and instructing.

As a prerequisite in taking this course, you must be a club member, and complete two short online modules formerly called the ICC (Introduction to Community Coaching). There is a fee for these modules for which you will be reimbursed.
