he Annual General Meeting for the Cariboo Ski-Touring Club will be held VIRTUALLY on Thursday, October 28th, 2021 at 7 PM. The meeting will utilize Google Meet video-conferencing.

The business of the meeting will consist of the Annual Financial Report; Annual Reports from the directors; Election of officers; and approval of appointed Directors for the 2020-2021 term. Most incumbent officers and directors have indicated they will let their names stand for this year, but of course, nominations will be open for the officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

At the current time, as noted in a previous email we will be seeking to fill the Secretary officer role and the Snowshoe Trail and Signs Director.

The Annual General Meeting is open to all members in good standing. To attend the meeting, reply to this email notice indicating your wish to attend and you will be sent a link to join the meeting on your computer or mobile device prior to the meeting commencement on October 28th. The meeting will commence at 7:00 PM.

If unfamiliar with video-conferencing, the technology is very user-friendly and assistance will be available from 6:45 to 7:00 pm. If your wifi connection is weak, you may not be able to see or send video imaging, but you should still be able to hear and speak. Voting will be by raised hands for those with video, and voice for those with only audio.
