Dryland training is free to participate, we will be running, strength training, agility training, working on balance, flexibility, and trying some roller skiing (weather and venue permitting). There will be two days of drylands, Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM at Hallis Lake and Sundays 1:00 – 2:00 at various locations. Let Laurie know if you would like to participate in drylands so she can add you to the email list. FYI after Oct.15 you have to have your membership paid to continue with drylands. Parents are welcome to participate.
